CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Our company now looks back on a history of 135 years. Products and production options are subject to change over time. What has remained, though, is the loyalty to Solingen while maintaining a global commitment and the partnership with customers, suppliers and employees. What has also remained is our supreme maxim: customer satisfaction.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Our corporate policy is based on a zero-defect strategy. Each employee acts according to the motto “Error prevention before error detection”. Our quality management is certified according to IATF 16949: 2016. All measures are clearly defined, monitored and continuously developed. Internal audits are regularly carried out for this purpose.

ENVIRONMENT

Even though our products are made of metal and therefore well recyclable, the manufacturing process affects the environment. Keeping these effects as low as possible is our goal, which we consistently pursue. Accordingly, we introduced an environmental management system and had it certified according to ISO 14001: 2004 + Cor 1: 2006.

EMPLOYEES

Today, more than 140 employees work for the fourth generation of our family business. Just as we understand ourselves externally as a partner of industry, we also maintain the partnership between us. We are only successful with our common know-how and joint efforts. Our employees are our greatest asset, so we have implemented a health and safety management system and had it certified according to BS OHSAS18001: 2007.
