EDUCATION

As already mentioned, our employees are our highest asset. The extremely demanding products and the very special technology of deep drawing require highly qualified specialists in all areas of the company.

Such employees cannot always be easily acquired on the job market. Therefore, it is very important to us

to train the necessary specialists ourselves and to enable the young people to have a sound education.

We provide training in the following professions:

tool mechanic for punching technology (m/f)
punching and forming mechanic (m/f)
industrial clerk

Even a dual degree can be completed with us. Already during the training we promote the identification with the company, also through measures such as our annual training day.

After completing the training at JC König, many continue their careers with us.

SOCIAL

Of course, we constantly strive to make the fields of activity interesting and varied and to improve the corresponding working environment of our employees. However, we offer our workforce much more! For example, a qualified physiotherapist may be visited for massages. Furthermore, many employees regularly meet for a running club or for common bicycle tours. We also participate in various official races, including the marathon. Another example: Our company football team plays against the teams of affiliate companies from time to time. We have managed to win a few cups already! We do all this to make the small difference and to recommend ourselves as an attractive employer both today and in the future. The result is an extremely low fluctuation. Our employees are happy to be part of our company.
