will be a cheaper, lighter deep-drawn part tomorrow. The starting point of such creative
processes are intensive, partnership-based discussions with the customer.
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
In our firmly established research & development department, we continue to develop our existing processes
and already deal with the processes and technologies of tomorrow.
The ultimate goal is to push the limits of what is possible and to be able to offer
our customers added value in the future as well.
CONSTRUCTION
It takes a long, exciting journey from the creation of an idea to serial production.
What processing steps does the material allow and which sequence leads to the optimal product?
TOOLING
Our toolmaking is the direct continuation of our engineering efforts. The finest mechanical precision work,
with the help of state-of-the-art CNC technology, creates the basis for smooth mass production.
Our toolmaking department has its own quality assurance and therefore ensures the high quality of
the tool components as well as the spare parts. In the trial phase, the tools are optimised until
the result fully meets the requirements. Quality and efficiency benefit from this and ensure customer satisfaction.
We are certified in accordance with IATF 16949: 2016.
PROTOTYPING
There is a considerable need for prototypes on the part of our customers.
We can provide prototypes promptly, cost-effectively and in close-to-production quality.
FAST ACCESS
Both our primary warehouse and the tool store are organised in such a way that production changes
only cause minimal downtime. This also includes the care and maintenance of the tools.
